Alex Hays is a devoted mother and wife. Growing up, her grandfather was a large influence to some of her hobbies that relate to real estate such as hunting, fishing, traveling, hiking mountainous terrains, and building. He attended the architectural program at the University of Oklahoma, where he used that craft to build structures from the ground up. Alex fell in love watching him build and started working alongside him. She developed a greater passion and appreciation for the industry—and knew real estate was her calling. Prior to joining The G7 Group, she worked alongside a high-producing real estate agent, where she quickly became experienced in working with commercial, residential, recreational, and equine properties, and subdividing large parcels of land. Alex also has experience remodeling commercial, and residential & managing Airbnb properties. Due to her love of transforming homes, she created her own LLC called Woodland Queens to do just that. She is seen as a powerhouse, and with no doubt will fulfill your real estate needs.
