Check out the pics! Great hunting property located approximately 4 miles west of Coalgate on SH-31. It comprises two parcels divided by SH-31, with 354 acres on the south and 221 on the north. The 354 on the south side offers excellent opportunities for running cattle or hunting. It has a carrying capacity of around 90 head and approximately 4 acres of water in the two strip pits alone. Does it look to be open for deer hunting? Check out the deer pics. This place has multiple big bucks and has been known for producing big deer. The deer camera was out for only three days capturing these pictures. The property's fence lines are cleared out but only has fencing on one side because the owner uses it for hay.
The 221 on the north side is an excellent hunting property as well. It is primarily wooded with a thick cover for the wildlife. This parcel does have a pipeline, powerline, gas, and an easement to the water storage tanks owned by Oklahoma City. The easements do not affect the quality of hunting this property offers.
Directions: Go West on hwy 31 approximately 4 miles. The property is on both sides of Hwy 31.
